Sales and returns

Suppliers are required to submit their sale and return policy.

Should we need to return any products due to sub-standard delivery or product standards, we’ll raise an MCEC Quality Improvement Request for the Supplier and stop the supply immediately. We’ll then require the supplier to provide evidence of the issue and rectification validation in writing.

Freedom of information

Suppliers should note the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 1982 and Regulations 1998. This act gives members of the public the right to access official documents of the Victorian Government and its agencies.
