Opening hours

Our opening hours vary and are based on the events being held that day. The venue will always be open a minimum of one hour before the start of your event.

Ticketing

MCEC does not manage tickets to shows, concerts, and events, so we are unable to assist with ticketing enquiries. For any issues or questions regarding:

  • The purchase of tickets

  • Seating maps

  • Tickets not printing

  • Misplaced tickets

  • Refunds

  • Companion cards

Please get in touch with the authorised ticket issuer from where you purchased your tickets.

Please note this postal address is for MCEC postal items only. All event related items must be delivered by courier to the loading dock.

Event deliveries

MCEC has two loading docks, one for the Convention Centre (located on ground level of MCC) and one for the Exhibition Centre (located at the rear of MEC).

To be accepted, all event deliveries must have the correct delivery label attached.
