Film and Photography

If you plan on filming or taking photos at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC), you’ll need to fill out and submit the below form. Please note, the form must be submitted at least five working days before you need to shoot.

Please note that a minimum of 5 days notice is required. Explain equipment being used, number of people onsite and any special requirements.
In agreeing to these Film and/or Photography Shoot Terms and Conditions you (the Responsible Party) are indemnifying MCEC (including Centre Parties) and its staff against all loss, damage, costs, claims and expenses incurred by MCEC under or in connection with your Film and/or Photography Shoot, including (but not limited to) any public liability claims made against MCEC arising directly or indirectly from your use of MCEC and/or other designated areas.
