Event must be booked between 5 November 2014 ā€“ 28 February 2015 and commenced between 1 and 28 February 2015 ("Event"). Confirmation of holding the Event is at the discretion of SWME and is subject to availability and other factors at time of booking. SWME has a policy to address terms and conditions of holding an event at their venue; please inquire with SWME prior to booking for complete details. Blackout dates may apply. Event requires a minimum booking of 10 rooms. 1,000 Hilton HHonors Event Planner Bonus Points will be given to the Event Planner for every attendee (minimum 10 and maximum 250 attendees) that attend the Event. An "attendee" is defined as an attendee of the Event, counted as 1 attendee regardless of how many days they attend the Event. A contract must be signed with the hotel to govern the terms of the Event ("Contract"). The details of the Event, including identification of the Event planner ("Event Planner") must be described in the contract.

The room minimum must be met in conjunction with one booking; no combination of bookings are permitted. Event Planner Bonus Points are awarded only when a contract is executed and all deposit and payment terms are met.

The terms of this offer shall not be interpreted to modify the terms of the Contract. Only the Event Planner is eligible to earn HHonors Points and Miles and the Event Planner Bonus Points. Earning of Points and Miles will only be awarded as specified in the contract and in conjunction with all other Event Bonus Program terms and conditions. Event Bonus Points are awarded after completion of the Event, checkout of the group and final bill settlement.

To receive HHonors Event Planner Bonus Points, the Event Planner must fully complete and submit the Meeting Planner Bonus Acknowledgement Form, which requires the Event Planner's name and details about the Event. The Event Planner identified in the Meeting Planner Bonus Acknowledgement Form is the only person entitled to receive the Event Planner Bonus Points. Points will be deposited into Event Planner's HHonors account 6-8 weeks after completion of and full payment for Event, and verification of entitlement to points.

This offer is not applicable to existing reservations or bookings and cannot be combined with any other offers and/or special discounts. You must mention this promotion at the time of enquiry and must be a member of Hilton HHonors to earn Event Bonus Points. All other Event Bonus Program terms and conditions apply.
