When Peking duck fans want the real thing, they head to a restaurant serving Quanjude Peking duck, made from a special recipe since the Qing Dynasty. The Quanjude style is renowned around the world as the gold standard for Peking duck. Quanjude Peking duck is tender on the inside, crispy on the outside, with a tantalising aroma. The meat is cut into delicate slices, and wrapped in paper-thin pancakes, accompanied with slices of spring onion and sweet jam sauce. Quanjude is the first restaurant in Australia to serve this Chinese delicacy, but of course you don't have to limit yourself to Peking duck. The sizeable menu also features beef and seafood, soups, rice and noodle dishes and a vegetarian selection.
