Classics and mocktails are available alongside their signature cocktails at Romeo Lane. Try the quill cocktail, a combination of gin, Lillet Rouge, Campari, sherry and absinthe, stirred over ice and served up in a chilled coupe glass. It combines herbal, sweet and bitter flavours. Food offerings include Coffin Bay oysters with passionfruit, borage and lemon balm. Or try venison carpaccio, wagyu bresaola, or duck pâté and cheese. For the sweet tooth there's a dessert of chocolate pannacotta.
