  • Do you have a cloakroom?

    Cloaking is complimentary to patrons attending events at MCEC. The Cloak Room is located near the Melbourne Convention Centre Customer Service desk. Please check with our Customer Service staff upon arrival as additional cloak rooms may be in operation for specific events. Cloakrooms close 30 minutes after the end of the event. We won’t hold your items overnight, so you must pick them up before the facility closes.

  • Do you have a parents room?

    We have two parents rooms located at either end of the venue. Please contact the Customer Service team for directions.

  • Are there any Cash Machines?
    Yes, ATM’s are located on the concourse of MEC near door 4 and near the Customer Service desk in the Melbourne Convention Centre.
  • Do you have WIFI?
    Free WIFI is available throughout the venue using the M Connect network. Some events also have a dedicated premium WIFI network. The organiser of the event will provide you with the network name and password.
  • Do you have public telephones?
    Yes, there are a number of public telephones located around the venue. 
  • I need to print something do you have a business Centre?
    Yes, all the Customer Service desks will be able to assist you with printing and scanning. A business centre is located in Melbourne Convention Centre. 
  • Do you have a prayer room?
    Male and female prayer rooms are located in Melbourne Convention Centre. Contact one of the Customer Service team for directions.
  • Do you have a dress code?
    All guests in attendance are required to be fully dressed and wear shoes at all times for their own safety. MCEC reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive text and/or images. 

    Some events such as a gala dinner may have a specific dress code so check directly with the organiser of the event you are attending.
