Do you have a cloakroom?
Cloaking is complimentary to patrons attending events at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. The cloakroom is located near the Melbourne Convention Centre Customer Service desk. Please check with our Customer Service staff upon arrival, as additional cloakrooms may be in operation for specific events. Cloakrooms close 30 minutes after the end of the event. We won’t hold your items overnight, so you must pick them up before the facility closes.
Do you have a parents room?
We have two parents’ rooms located at either end of the venue. Please contact the Customer Service team for directions.
Are there any Cash Machines?
Yes. ATMs are located on the concourse of Melbourne Exhibition Centre near Door 4 and near the Customer Service desk in the Melbourne Convention Centre.
Do you have WIFI?
Free WiFi is available throughout the venue using the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre free WiFi. Some events also have a dedicated premium WiFi network. If this is the case, the organiser of the event will provide you with the network name and password.
Do you have public telephones?
Yes, there are several public telephones located around the venue.
I need to print something do you have a business Centre?
Yes, all the Customer Service desks will be able to assist you with printing and scanning. A business centre is located within Melbourne Convention Centre.
Do you have a prayer room?
Prayer rooms for males and prayer rooms for females are located in Melbourne Convention Centre. Contact a member of the Customer Service team for directions.
Do you have a dress code?
All guests in attendance are required to be fully dressed and wearing shoes at all times for their own safety. Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing displaying offensive text and/or images.
Some events such as a gala dinner may have a specific dress code so please check directly with the organiser of the event you are attending.
Where can I park my bike?
Various bike parking facilities are available in the City of Melbourne, with more than 2700 bicycle hoops on streets across the city.
For access to Melbourne Exhibition Centre, there are bike hoops located on Orrs Walk at the Clarendon St entrance.
For access to Melbourne Convention Centre, there are bike hoops located on Orrs Walk, opposite Polly Woodside and another along Convention Centre Place outside Wilson Parking South Wharf.

Do you have onsite change rooms?
There are no public showers or change room facilities within Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. There are several publicly accessible bathrooms located across the centre. A number of our large event spaces have dressing room facilities available for customer use.
