FAQ

  • Can I book an accessible seat?

The Plenary, Goldfields Theatre and Clarendon Auditorium have accessible seats/spaces. These must be booked through the authorised ticketing agent for your event. Our Customer Service team is not able to directly assist with your ticketing enquiries.

  • Do you have hearing assistance?
Yes. Closed loop hearing assistance devices are available for loan free of charge, from our Customer Service desks.
  • Can I bring a companion animal?
Registered assistance animals are permitted inside all of our venues. Due to limited space between seating rows, booking a wheelchair bay with a carer seat may provide more comfort for both patron and animal.
  • Do you have wheelchairs available to hire?
Yes, we have a limited number of wheelchairs that can be loaned to you for the day on a first-come, first-served basis. You can book a wheelchair by calling +61 3 9235 8000. We also have a wider wheelchair available if required.
  • Do you have wide seats?

Yes, we can provide wider seats for use. In the theatres these are placed in the accessible wheelchair spaces. Please contact the Customer Service team when you arrive on site to arrange.
