FAQ

  • Can I book an accessible seat?
The Plenary and Goldfields theatre have accessible seats, which must be booked through the authorised ticketing agent for your event. Our Customer Service team are not able to directly assist with your ticketing enquires.
  • Do you have hearing assistance?
Yes, closed loop hearing assistance devices are available for loan free of charge, from our Customer Service desks.
  • Can I bring a companion animal?
Registered Assistance animals are permitted inside all of our venues. Due to limited space between seating rows, booking a wheelchair bay with carer seat may provide more comfort for both patron and animal.
  • Do you have wheelchairs available to hire?
Yes, we have a limited number of wheel chairs that can be loaned to you for the day on a first come first serve basis. You can book a wheel chair by calling +613 9235 8000 or completing and enquiry form. We also have a wider wheel chair if required.
  • Do you have wide seats?
Yes, we can provide wider seats but in the Plenary and Goldfields, these are placed into the accessible wheel chair spaces. Please contact the Customer Service team when you arrive on site to arrange.
