Safety comes first for us
We're dedicated to providing a safe work environment at MCEC. If you're an event organiser, contractor, exhibitor, or on-site during setup/breakdown, complete the venue induction 72 hours before arriving.
Don't forget to sign in/out using our Contractor Management System (LinkSafe) – scan QR codes at exhibition bay entry points or ask event security for assistance.
Follow these instructions
Clients, client-engaged contractors, and exhibitors
All clients, client-engaged contractors & subcontractors, and exhibitors at the venue during bump in/bump out must complete the MCEC site induction .
People present during show open hours are exempt from completing induction.
MCET-engaged contractors
All contractors and sub-contractors who are directly engaged by MCET to perform work for or on behalf of MCET must have a representative complete the company prequalification before work can commence on-site.
Please complete your prequalification registration .
All MCET-engaged contractor & sub-contractor personnel who perform work on MCEC premises must have completed the MCEC Site Induction and any onboarding relevant to the contracted works prior to commencing work on-site.
Note: Your company may already be registered with us. If you get a notification that your ABN is already in use, please email cms@mcec.com.au to receive access to your venue induction.
Returning users
If you are a returning user, please log in to update your venue induction using your Pin or mobile.
