A welcome oasis for coffee drinkers, aficionados and full-blown addicts. MICE is the ultimate coffee-centric event across the Asia Pacific region. Since its beginning in 2012, it's grown into a must-attend for coffee enthusiasts of all kinds.

With a staggering 11,000 participants in 2023, MICE isn't just an exhibition—it's where café proprietors, roasters, equipment producers, and service providers connect for genuine business opportunities. And this year, it's perfectly complemented by Melbourne Coffee Week, the highlight of the coffee calendar.

Over the three-day event, MICE at MCEC becomes a hub of education, innovation, and sensory delight. Come and learn all there is to know about your morning cup—attend a roasting workshop, take a tasting tour, and network with industry influencers.

A competition by the people, for the people

For the first time ever, consumers and café owners will don the hat of the judge, tasting and selecting their favourite brew to crown Australia's Favourite Coffee. And with roasters of every size now showcasing their beans at Roasters Marketplace, everyone has a chance at taking the top prize.

But that's not all!

This year's MICE Product Innovation Awards will continue to spotlight groundbreaking, innovative products driving the industry forward, including a new category: Roaster Packaging Excellence.

And there's more excitement at the Global Coffee Report Leaders Symposium, covering topics from Asian expansion to EU deforestation regulations and future pricing trends.

Last but not least, witness the ultimate showdown at Australia’s Richest Barista competition. With a $40,000 prize pool, baristas will turn coffee into art.
