Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) was proud to welcome the 18th edition of Décor and Design, Australia’s largest interiors event, from Thursday 14th July – Sunday 17th July 2022.

The event served as a buying & networking destination for interior designers, decorators, architects and retailers, offering seminars with design influencers, vibrant networking spaces and inspirational design products.

Australia’s No.1 Interiors Trade Event is a crucial opportunity for the industry to reconnect and see the latest collections from leading exhibitors across furniture, soft furnishings, lighting, textiles and art.

The show hosted features which provided a platform for the best in Australian design and sustainability, something MCEC is proud to prioritise in its own operations.

Across the four days, attendees saw the VIVID design Award winners naming the best in emerging design, a masterclass in Australian design featuring numerous experts, a Daily Exhibition Design Tour around the show floor and the ‘Avenue of Design.’

Attendees also discovered the latest in earth friendly building materials, biophilic beauty and on-demand, sustainable interior/building design education webinars.

MCEC head of Customer Experience Kate Abbott said:

“MCEC is thrilled to welcome some of the most exciting industry experts in design this weekend.

“Our venue is passionate about design and sustainability, so this is the perfect home for the expo.”
