As an event organiser, catering and food options can seem daunting. We make it as simple as possible with our food packages. Each menu has been designed by our award-winning chefs and is full of crowd favourites. We ensure every one of your guests, even those with food allergies and intolerances, enjoys a stellar food experience.

We provide all the event technology and support you’d expect, included as part of your room hire. Our intelligent lectern system is simple to use and gives you the ability to control your presentation, sound and lighting all at the touch of a button.

Your guests will be able to stay connected with our free visitor Wi-Fi. If you need additional bandwidth, our wired and wireless internet packages ensure you have access to fast internet speed and no data caps, so you don’t have to worry about excess data charges.

Onsite accommodation and parking

We are the only convention centre in Australia to offer onsite accommodation, with the Pan Pacific Melbourne and Novotel South Wharf directly connected to the venue by private internal walkways. We also offer discounted parking for event hosts and guests.
