Free Wi-Fi

Your guests will be able to stay connected with our free visitor Wi-Fi. If you need additional bandwidth, our wired and wireless internet packages, ensure you have access to fast internet and no data caps, so you don’t have to worry about excess data charges.

Onsite accommodation and parking

We are the only convention centre in Australia to offer onsite accommodation, with the Pan Pacific Melbourne and Novotel South Wharf directly connected via private internal walkways. We also offer discounted parking for you and your guests.
